Pierce Gagnon. Let me just talk about how INCREDIBLE this kid is. I just saw Looper which in itself is a wonderful film. 87% of the reason I loved this movie so much though is because of this kid. He was five years old when they filmed Looper. Five years old and he gave one of my favorite movie performances of ALL time. In any movie, across all genres, I think his portrayal of Cid was and is my favorite. Absolutely breathtaking. I don’t want to give anything in the film away but the diversity and complexity he was able to convey as a five year old still has me nearly speechless almost two hours later. This kid deserves some hardcore recognition. Not to mention the editing, directing, and everything else that goes into making a child actor brilliant onscreen. I have a five year old nephew and it is hard for me to even imagine that they are the same age based on the character Gagnon was able to produce. Also I really love Rian Johnson.

All time favorite quote of Gossip Girl
Blair Waldorf: Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned. It’s been… a while since my last confession.
Priest: What troubles you, my child?
Blair Waldorf: [sighs] After being broken up with my boyfriend for exactly twenty minutes, I… succumbed to inebriation, performed at a Speak-Easy, and surrendered my virtue to a self-absorbed ass. The only good news is that he’s a total pig who’ll act like it never happened, thank God.
Priest: Ahem.
Blair Waldorf: Sorry. Truthfully, I’m not even Catholic.

I know most people don’t agree, but I just tend to be a bit pro-Serena, mostly because I feel like she’s so undervalued compared to Blair and hardly anyone feels sorry for her but almost everyone is ready to shed a tear or two about Blair.
I think no one really looks at thinks from Serena’s point…
